Cassie and Colton’s wedding day at Juniper Preserve in Bend, Oregon was nothing short of magical. As high school sweethearts celebrating 10 years together, their love story is already the stuff of fairy tales—and their wedding day felt just as timeless.
They chose to share private vows after an emotional first look, a quiet moment full of sweet tears and genuine connection. It was an honor to witness and capture such an intimate piece of their day. From there, we explored the dramatic beauty of Juniper Preserve, taking portraits in the infamous cave, a favorite location on the property.
Their ceremony took place on the stunning Event Island, surrounded by water and golden light, creating a serene and unforgettable setting. The resident swans watched on from the water. Guests then strolled to the tented reception on the Event Lawn, a seamless transition that kept the flow of the day relaxed and joyful. The talented team at Amanda Claire & Co brought every detail to life, with romantic florals by Porter Floral adding to the dreamy ambiance and a stunning bar from Heirlooms & Co.
One of the highlights was capturing drone photos of the expansive property—Juniper Preserve’s natural beauty is truly something to behold. As the sun began to set, we snuck away to the Ghost Tree forest for golden hour portraits that felt straight out of a dream.
The evening continued with a mix of emotional and hilarious toasts, bringing laughter and a few more tears. The night ended on a high note with an epic dance party, filled with joy, energy, and celebration.
