Santa Cruz Wedding Photographers

I have been in the process of expanding Julianne Brasher Photography to California. My Fiance’s company is based now in Santa Cruz and so I get the best of both worlds spending time in Denver and Santa Cruz. I’ve been enjoying the spring here and exploring all of the fun things there are to do here. Vanessa and Nick have been married for 2 years so this is an anniversary session instead of an engagement session but it was still just as fun! These photos were taken near New Brighton State Beach in Santa Cruz, California.

Unfortunately my car was broken into during this session and Vanessa and Nick were so sweet to help me out with the ordeal and aftermath of having that happen.

Feeling very honored to be a finalist again for Oregon Wedding Day Magazine 2025 awards. I was nominated for Best Photographer-Outside Portland. I don’t take that lightly and truly appreciate everyone that voted for me. I love my job so much and feel lucky to still be doing this for as long as I have.

There is a second round of voting for wedding industry professionals only and I would appreciate a vote from my peers that I feel lucky to get to work with.

Can you think of anything more iconic for a Bend wedding weekend than a tube float down the Deschutes River with all of your guests, a rehearsal dinner at 10 Barrel and a wedding at Tetherow Resort? 2024 recap! What an amazing year it was! I photographed 25 weddings and did video for 14 weddings and many more events and portraits.
