I'm Julianne, the creative force behind Julianne Brasher Photography + Films. With years of experience across hundreds of wedding days, I bring a calm, steady presence to weddings throughout the West Coast—(primarily in the Bay Area and Central Oregon), one rooted in preparation, discretion, and deep respect for the significance of the moment. Having encountered nearly every scenario imaginable, I’m able to anticipate needs, problem-solve quietly, and guide the day without becoming the center of attention. I prepare intentionally for each celebration, from identifying ideal portrait locations to planning efficient group photographs and documenting all of those small and meaningful details, so the day unfolds with ease.
My philosophy blends thoughtful direction with unobtrusive documentation. I step in confidently when it’s time for portraits or family groupings, offering clear guidance and reassurance so couples feel relaxed and supported, then step back to allow genuine moments to unfold naturally. I prioritize professionalism and guest experience, remaining aware of my presence, positioning, and presentation so nothing feels distracting or performative.
I offer photography or videography on the wedding day allowing me to dedicate myself to either service. My work is best suited for couples hosting thoughtfully planned weddings who value experience, consistency, and trust—those who want to be fully present on their wedding day, knowing every detail is being handled with care.
