Engagement photos in Santa Cruz and Pescadero

I had such a blast taking Ian & Cassie’s engagement photos in Santa Cruz and Pescadero, CA. My husband has known these two lovebirds for a little while. This winter I got to meet them when they moved up to Santa Cruz from San Diego. The three of us bonded right away over our working pasts at Nordstrom as well as all being self employed now. Ian is a great mountain bike photographer and Cassie is the creative genius behind Let’s Put a Bird On It candles. I loved their engagement session and I can’t wait for their wedding at Roaring Camp later this summer!

Feeling very honored to be a finalist again for Oregon Wedding Day Magazine 2025 awards. I was nominated for Best Photographer-Outside Portland. I don’t take that lightly and truly appreciate everyone that voted for me. I love my job so much and feel lucky to still be doing this for as long as I have. There is a second round of voting for wedding industry professionals only and I would appreciate a vote from my peers that I feel lucky to get to work with. @oregonweddingday
